New Bedford Bicycle Committee Receives Donation from Narragansett Bay Wheelmen

The New Bedford Bicycle Committee was honored and proudly accepts another generous donation from the regional cycling organization, Narragansett Bay Wheelmen. The committee has received donations in the past which allowed them to purchase bicycle safety items such as helmets and locks.  These items were distributed throughout the community during many City-wide events including the New Bedford Pedal Party and school fairs. This new funding will allow the committee to continue providing the community with these needed items and much more for the up coming year.
